After a horrible experience with a different surgeon, Dr. Williams was the answer to my prayers. He and his staff treated me so kindly and understood my pain and worked diligently to get me in very quickly and scheduled my surgery quickly. Dr. Williams explained the procedure from start to finish in a way I could understand and his confidence put me at ease right away.

Dr. Robert Williams listened to my concerns and gave very specific instructions, advice and dispelled any misconceptions I had. If I was feeling anxious he acknowledged it but was able to explain things so I was more confident. He has excellent bedside manner.

Highly recommend Dr. Williams he was very thorough in answering all my questions in regards to my knee expected outcome after surgery and made sure I knew all my options. He did a knee replacement couple years ago and I know he will do great on my next one. Highly recommend him for future patients.
