Dr West listens, thinks, and interacts to provide the best healthcare possible. He is fantastic. Piedmont, in general, and the office manager are NOT excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr. Robert West. My former physician was Dr. Daniel Boone, who was a very nice gentleman.
Dr. West was very pleasant and friendly, he took time to talk with me and make me feel comfortable. He went over my medical history including past surgeries, medications, and family health issues.
I believe he will be a caring and competent caregiver for me.

Dr. West is excellent: thorough, interested in me and what’s going on. He reviews my lab work with me, comparing it to last year’s so I know how I’m doing. He is never rushed in my exam and his staff are kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I always enjoy my wellness visits.

Dr. West and staff were excellent and that includes the lab techs…the new lab setting was awful…the patients were crowded in the waiting area with those waiting subject to continued coughing and wheezing by others…wait time for a 2 minute blood draw was approximately 75 minutes
