Service and team was excellent. Coverage provided by Cigna has placed challenges and criteria that causes problems with gaining payment for the procedures needed.

I thought the doctor was very polite and kind and most of the staff was very nice and the place was very clean and expensive, large, and everybody was very friendly for the most part. Yes, I would recommend this place. That's all I have to say.

Found him to be somewhat unfriendly and not very warm/compassionate. Also was rude to his own staff. Barged into the room while the first person was asking questions still, and didn't really say anything to her or myself upon entry. Was dismissive to some of my points and opinions, until I pretty much told him what I wanted done. Upon checking out, he was rude to the staff again. When she asked him when he would like to see me again he shrugged his shoulders and said whatever, whenever he wants to come back. The whole interaction with the doctor was honestly somewhat unsettling. I came to him as a second opinion for issues I've been having. And, although he eventually listened to me, the whole appointment never made me feel good. I know it was my first time seeing him, and he was just trying to establish a base of information from me, especially since most of my doctors are outside of the Virtua network. But, I don't think I'll be returning to him, unfortunately.

The overall experience was very beneficial. From the staff to the doctors, everyone was polite, spoke clearly, and explained everything in detail. I recommend this office to anyone who has a gastro problem.

Staff- [REDACTED] was very helpful with my scheduling. Jacilyn was very nice and respectful! Dr Smutts really listen and gave me all my options. Very good experience with this for Gastro group!

The receptionist at the Front Desk was polite, friendly and helpful. The doctor was understanding, polite and helpful. I understand what he was talking about. Making more appointments with him.

I am very pleased with Dr. Shmuts. I am very pleased with Willingboro Lab and the navigators and all. Dr. Shmuts was very thorough. I was very at ease with the condition that I was experiencing. And so I'm looking forward for the next treatment that he has for me. So yes, I am very, very pleased with Dr. Shmuts, as well as all the navigators and the virtual Willingboro Hospital. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The entire experience was a pleasant one. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The appointment was on time. Dr. Shmuts is a rare gem! We have been going around and around for 2 years with my mother in law trying to get help for her stomach issues and this was the first time we really felt listened to and heard. He gave us hope that we can figure this out. Felt like a huge weight had been lifted upon leaving the office. Highly recommend this practice 12/10

Dr,Shmuts is the best doctor I've met in the field. We absolutely love him! He's my daughters doctor and my boyfriends doctor as well.

When the doctor recommended the breath test yo diagnosebthe problem, it woyldvhave b een helpful v to explain the invoved process at that time in stead of leaving it to the nursing assistant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The girl at the front desk did everything to help me get a referral within 10 minutes of my appointment. I am so happy to tell you how nice she was to me. Very nice office.

This was my first visit, so far so good. We only had a discussion no care was needed. I couldn't tell if the provider knows all my history, the discussion was based on his knowledge and experience...which proved to be correct.

When we entered the office, the staff welcomed us warmly. Dr. Shmuts listened carefully to my statements. While speaking, he made eye contact and leaned forward, conveying that he was listening and concerned. He spoke with knowledge and information, which gave my wife and me confidence.
