The staff were very helpful and friendly. The girl at the front desk did everything to help me get a referral within 10 minutes of my appointment. I am so happy to tell you how nice she was to me. Very nice office.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Shmuts and have confidence in his ability to provide me with excellent medical care. He has a warm and friendly personality and seemed to genuinely care about me.

When we entered the office, the staff welcomed us warmly. Dr. Shmuts listened carefully to my statements. While speaking, he made eye contact and leaned forward, conveying that he was listening and concerned. He spoke with knowledge and information, which gave my wife and me confidence.

Dr Shmuts really explains everything to me in terms I can understand, listens to my concerns, and gives me options for treatment, while letting me know what he feels is best for me. He is a very good doctor...and I wish some of my other ones were as wonderful as he is!

Slightly difficulty, getting my prescription renewed at the correct pharmacy. If I picked it up at the first pharmacy, the sent me it would cost me over a $100 more. This happened 3 times in a prior visit to different pharmacies.

Yeah, I was so impressed, always been impressed with my doctor's works. And the staff are wonderful. The environment is good. I know they moved to a new location, which is very beautiful. And then I would recommend them for anybody in my family. Thank you very much.

When checking the patient should be able to choose which lab they're going to use for doing their blood test instead of sending them back-and-forth or asking them which lab they prefer to use

The ladies at the front were very accommodating, professional, funny, and they attended me in a very fast, timely manner. And everyone from taking me back to getting checkup and getting my weight and all that, everyone was wonderful. So I just want to say thank you and continue the great work.

The visit went extremely well. Unfortunately I showed up for my appointment 5 days early. I was treated with extreme respect considering I did something so stupid. The woman behind the desk was wonderful! We had a good laugh and when I came back for the actual appointment she remembered me and was great! Dr Shmuts was great as usual !

My experience was smooth and efficient. I was able to set everything up through mychart which was extremely helpful as calling in to make an appointment isn't optimum for me with my work schedule. Dr Shmuts was on-time and I felt that he was very present and listened to all of my concerns. I highly recommend!
