I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in to accommodate my work schedule. Dr. SHAVELSON is always pleasant and takes his time during the appointment, I never feel rushed.

Doctor and staff extremely helpful during past year during which I had a serious medical situation necessitating various visits to specialists and treatments to remediate. Always kind, caring and professional. I am VERY fortunate to work with them!!!

Dr. Robert Shavelson is an amazing doctor. He has patience and he answers all my questions thoroughly, listens to what I have to say, and was very concerned about my health condition. And I am very pleased with him and I will continue to see him as my primary care physician.

Dr. SHAVELSON is very patient for the patients like myself. He listens. He's very smart. He's got good comfort ability, bedside kind of manner to relax you and let you think and offer up information about what's bothering you. He's easy to work with.

Yes, I'm really happy with the office and the office staff, but I do not like the impersonal call center or ways to make appointments. Everything has to go through, I don't know, AI or whatever. I'm not happy about that. I'd like to speak to the doctor or his staff personally, yet when I call, I end up in a call center. This is very unsatisfactory to me.

Doctor Shavelson is truly a very, very good doctor. I would hate if he decided to retire and was forced to find another doctor in who I could trust to have my best interest at heart.
