Dr. Griffin is a highly competent and dedicated professional whose knowledge I deeply respect, and I am grateful to be under his care. I recognize that physicians today are often overworked and facing many demands, and in my case all medical and professional matters have been handled thoroughly and responsibly. At the same time, I would truly value a bit more personal rapport and attention, as that human connection can make a meaningful difference in the overall experience of care.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Griffin. He really made me feel heard, and connected with me on a human level. He provided very clear information, made sure to understand everything completely, and explained all of the "how and why" in detail for me. He also ensured that someone could follow up with me in his absence, and Dr [last name] was equally as wonderful when contacting me promptly with my diagnosis and treatment plan. I have never had a better overall experience with any specialist/office.

Dr. Griffin took the time to carefully review my MRI findings and advise on next steps. He patiently answered all questions and even provided “if this happens, then that” scenarios for me, because my condition requires additional testing. Dr. Griffin is clearly a great doctor, and an expert in his field.

Dr. Griffin was thorough and professional. Answered all of my questions and gave me care options which were agreeable to me. I was able to obtain the ordered x-rays and MRI quickly!

The surgeon was always polite and very knowledgeable. If I asked a question there was always a quick, concise response.Also, the assistants were very professional. If any issues arose there was somebody always nearby to tend to the problem.
