The only thing I would suggest is if they disagree with a choice I've made regarding my health, and it doesn't affect my issue that I'm there to visit with them about, then keep the comments to themselves. I had discussed it with my primary, and they prescribed me what I needed.

Dr Redding listened very carefully to what I told him about being diagnosed at the ER a couple weeks ago. We had a good discussion about what had happened and what to expect should it happen again. Also discussed what treatments might be available and what treatment he would use. He was very easy to talk to, and I felt very comfortable. Sometimes seeing a new doctor can be awkward, but it certainly was not with him.
