Dr. Phang is usually extremely punctual but this time I had to wait in the exam room for a bit longer than usual. Also Dr. Phang was going to recheck my blood pressure due to the bottom number was a bit high but due to him running behind he neglected to do so. Very unlike him.

I liked the directness of what he had to say, however I felt rushed and he could hardly wait to get rid of me. I saw him less then 12 to 15 minutes.i saw only eye contact as he was leaving the exam room.

When a patient has to see a doctor for heart issues the visit should not be dictated my the time clock. This is no joke having life threatening issues and then to be told my allotted time has run out.
