When an appointment was made, the wait time minimal. Every one was there within minutes. I was inpressed with efficeny of every one involed.

The Dr was exceptional, as were his PA and first contact Nurse. Everyone was extremely good at their jobs, and were very thorough, in this New Patient visit. I an very happy to be in the care of the exceptional staff at NCH.
