I am unable to directly contact Dr. Padgett thru the mygenesis message system. It's required a little extra work on my end. If I'm allowed to message him directly for follow-up, help with the IT would be good.

It will be a shame if you do not continue Humana Advantage plans as my wife and I will need to change providers and find a new Dr.

Dr Pagett is always understanding and actually spends the time to think about my situation and actually will ask questions to help identify potential courses of action. He is able to explain things in a way I understand and how the body functions with conditions or with different medications.

Like I said, the practice is good and I’ll aspects except there is scheduling you don’t have enough time for scheduling. It takes forever to get a doctors appointment if I’m sick I want to see the doctor not wait till I’m better and a month later.
