I was called in for my appointment right on time. He greeted me with a handshake and a big smile. He makes you feel like you are right at home. Dr. Kitei is very thorough with his examination and explains everything as he goes along. At the end he asks if I have any other questions or concerns.

Superb staff. This was a first visit, thus requiring an initial workup that was thorough and courteous. Dr. Kitei has a wonderful sense of humor that immediately softens any edge that might normally accompany receipt of challenging medical messages.

Dr Kitei was wonderful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and sincere. I felt that I was in good hands. As I had to wait for my eyes to dilate, he gave me something to read which pertained to the reason why I was there. Very happy with Dr. Kitei!

Following the appt I felt I had a very thorough examination. You answered any questions I had to my satisfaction.
I appreciate your update on my macular degeneration.
issue & setting up an appt with a retina specialist. The appt should give me more insight into the problem & what future follow up may be needed.
I left feeling comfortable that everything I needed to know was covered.

I always have a great experience when I see Dr. Kitei either for my daughter or myself. He greets you with his usual warm and welcoming smile and will throw a joke in to put you at ease. He is attentive, listens and will try to address your concerns, as in my case about possible side effects from use off medication. He will even offer or suggest alternatives to accommodate the cost of prescriptions. It’s been 9 years since we first met with Dr. Kitei for an evaluation of my then 3 year old daughter. There was so much uncertainties for us but he soon assured us, everything will be ok. I have interactions with many doctors/ specialists and I will definitely say he is one of the best. My daughter loves her visit with him minus the years when she hated the eye drops to dilate her eyes. You will love him too.
