I had a very good experience. Dr. Ames was thorough with his diagnosis and explanations. The support staff was also good. All in all, I was pleased with the treatment I received and would recommend them to others.

Dr Ames was very professional, kind, and caring. He listened very carefully to every word I said. He ordered test and told me he would discuss with Dr. [REDACTED] who previously treated me. He was very concerned with the pain I was in and gave me medication to relieve it. He also made sure I could get back into the office quickly to review the test together with myself & husband. He calmed me down with his kind words.

I wanted to get a new set of X-rays since the last set of X-rays they had was from approximately 2 weeks before my current issues. I was told we didn't need new x-rays because we had X-rays. I even followed up with my email message to the doctor explaining that those x-rays are old and before I started having my current problems. I haven't heard anything back in my charts, and he wants me to start Physical Therapy without knowing what's wrong with me which doesn't sit well with me. What exactly am I doing physical therapy for if we don't know what's wrong? with no makes no sense to me.

Read doctors notes on MyChart, he said I had "no chief complaint". This is not true. My chief complaint was severe back pain and ineffective epidural shot. I was sent to him by another doctor in the same practice.

Yes, the doctor diagnosed me correctly, but he was not able to follow up with the procedure because he's too backed up. So he referred me to another doctor.
