It was the best ever. Dr Gallo has a special gift in Women’s Health. Gentle, caring, kind and just the best ever. The new campus is beautiful. I am a personal friend of Dr [ ] who owns and runs the complex. Two great Dr’s Gallo and [ ].

Again, Dr. Gallo is the absolute best doctor ever. I have been with him over 30 years. He delivered both of my now grown children and through all those years, he has always remained kind, patient, approachable, considerate and just plain awesome!

Dr. Gallo is an excellent physician . He spends a lot of time with you , explaining everything , excellent discharge instructions . Robin , his medical assistant is a delight , very caring person .

The doctor was excellent. Very happy with the professionalism and information. He was very skillful for the procedure. My issue is with the front desk staff. It took more than 4 times to speak to the scheduling staff. I had to call many times before getting an appointment.

Does not integrate my health history in conversation. Refuses to hear about HS and mostly about pain when manipulating and dilating Cervix. After 4 procedures asking for anesthesia, I am refused. Not acceptable.

My visit with the doctor went very well, excellent. He was very professional and understood all my concerns and questions. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was the cost of the visit, as my insurance didn't cover it, so I didn't want to pay myself. At check-in, the woman mentioned that I couldn't pay myself. The visit would cost me around $300, but when I left the office, she told me I had to pay a total of $700, which I don't think is fair or right because, from the start, if they give me that information, the appointment wouldn't go through. But she didn't mention that the price could vary; she simply told me that the consultation was $300 or $350, but she didn't mention that it could change, and that doesn't seem right to me.

So Dr. Gallo has always been and was, for this visit, very professional, very thorough, and I was very comfortable with his suggestions and his help. The only comment that I want to make is that I think that the nurses are overworked and understaffed, and it might be helpful for them to have some relief so that they can provide more assistance for Dr. Gallo. Thank you.

I was a patient of Dr. Gallo 32 years ago when I was pregnant. I found him again a couple of years ago. I trust him, I've never had an OB/GYN who was as efficient and pain free as Dr. Gallo.
