Was there anything outstanding?
This visit was my husband's first ever procedure! And let me tell you how EVERYONE exceeded our expectations. Starting with the front desk! Then the check in ladies on the 1st floor were nice and informative, the operating nurse PRAYED with us before taking him back for surgery. Dr. Hardister was so helpful and nice. The man at the information desk for the operation room kept me in the know of everything going on. I'm serious when I say everyone we came in contact with was amazing! Thank you Unity, for helping my husband and making it an easy experience.

All of the Crew was amazing! Krista,Mckayla,Amy,Lisa to name a few im terrible with names but evwryone i had an interaction with was so good to me

They were very professional in what they did. Very friendly. They made me feel safe. I an answered my call light on a timely manner. Very professional. They told me what they was going to do before the did it so I would know. So thank you. 😊

Dr. Hardister and his nurses were very professional and explained to me in detail what I’d be doing before, during and post surgery.

I can’t think of anything it was all great from checking in to checking out.

Was there anything outstanding?
The staff was cheerful and upbeat! Dr Hardister went beyond explaining the procedure and the results. He gave me a good understanding of his exam and what he found. He’s very thorough. I really like him.

I don’t know how it could be improved. When I finished my procedure I left knowing everything I needed to know.

Was there anything outstanding?
Everyone was very welcoming and explained what my procedure would be like. Love Dr. Hardister came in with a smile on his face and really calmed my fears about the procedure. 100% him and his staff to family and friends.

The nurses were extremely courteous and loved every one of them.
