He sat with me. He actually drew a picture explaining the condition I had with my abdomen. He also gave me exercises that I can do to help strengthen my [ ] A++++ all the way.

Dr. Grossman is an excellent surgeon with a very professional and kind approach with his patients. I had incredible confidence in his capabilities for my surgery. Also, his clinical staff, Natalie, Kile and Carlan, were amazing and a great extension of his professionalism and care. The office staff, specifically Rogae and Samantha, always went above and beyond in ensuring a smooth process and follow through. I am very grateful to have chosen their office for my surgical needs. Definitely Best in Class!!

Dr Grossman’s nurse Christine (?) was very pleasant and personable and welcoming — and listened to what I said. Dr Grossman was very attentive. He has a wonderful manner. He listens and makes you feel what you are saying and thinking 🧐 is important.

The doctor’s concern and honesty about my case after ordering a scan and reviewing it himself that this was not in his expertise and referred me where he deemed necessary the best help instead of just exploring [ ] without a goal.

Dr. Grossman himself is clearly exceptional in his field, having performed many hundreds of [ ] and having introduced / headed the [ ] capabilities at NCH. His interaction with me inspired confidence and I look forward to a successful outcome on my [ ] - scheduled for tomorrow! I would also like to call attention to Natalie [ ] in the [ ]. She is remarkable in both her ability to explain details relating to the [ ] to be used in my [ ], highly knowdlgable and experienced in her field, and a consummate professional who communicates dedicatrion and enthusiasm for herwork. My understanding is that Dr. Grossman sought her out when she was living / working in Ohio - and asked her to come to Naples. A very wise choice!

Dr Grossman is an incredible surgeon. He opened me up, recognized the problems and very quickly and proficiently dealt with each one. I tolerated the [ ] well and returned to recovery in stable condition. He’s the best!

The doctor never made me feel rushed. He sat and encouraged me to talk and stayed engaged listening to my problem. He never interrupted and seemed like an active listener. I’ve never seen a doctor with such an incredible mannerism.
