Dr. Dyer went above and beyond to take care of my issue that had been going on since October. I had seen two other ENTs before him and he explained things to me about my conditions that no one else had done and gave me all my options and next steps we can take to try and correct my ear issues.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Dyer reviewing my complicated medical history and medications thoroughly before meeting me for the first time. He addressed all my needs and concerns regarding past and previous testing results; relieving my concerns about recent health issues. He is very knowledgeable and communicated well hard to understand medical terms. It is greatly appreciated that Dr. Dyer and his staff for their kindness and attentiveness during my appointment.

Since I wrote a small dissertation in a previous question, I will just reiterate that Dr. Dyer was amazing in the office, in surgery and during after-care. I will add that 3 days post-op I had a question concerning blood loss. I called the answering service and Jeremy(I think) was so helpful. He put me in touch with Dr. Dyer and we were reassured that we were proceeding properly. I can’t think of one thing I would change, and I have been part of rural health systems for almost 20 years.
