He was great and really helped me a lot

To be fair, this Dr. Did not know my medical history but again he disputed the information I provided about my medical care. I advised him that I was diagnosed with Sub clinical Hyper Thyroidism and since I don't have hyperthyroidism I chose to not take medication that Dr. Gavin prescribed for me. Dr Dons told me I do have Hyper Thyroidism. I expressed to Dr. Dons that I was concerned about the nodules that I have because I have had neck pain recently. I had a biopsy on them but they have not been checked for almost two years. Dr. Dons said "they are benign" and would , not discuss them further. Thats what Dr. Guvin said, he said they are benign, whats there to talk about? Dr Dons was pleasant, i was pleasant, but nothing was accomplished for me, and my concerns were not addressed and were disregarded.

He was very pleasant and respectful. He explained each test result and outlined how tracking patterns can help in diagnosing an issue. He showed me my test results over time and explained how it can show a different picture if you look over a period of time as opposed to one test at a time.

I have already told other people that I know going through the same experiences with osteoporosis about him. He was very knowledgeable. Listened did not talk over you. You don’t have that many experiences with doctors like him. I was very happy thank you.

Dr Don's listens, is patient. explains options for care and truly seems to care. He doesn't make you feel like a "number" but a person. He's the best!

This is only the second time I've been seen by Dr. Dons but he seems like an old friend during our visits.
