Dr. Bertram never fails to remember my ankle history/medical history. He also always remembers me as a person, not just a patient, so it’s always nice to see him, while he fixes my feet/ankle problems with expertise!

He seems very skilled, confident, yet not egotistical. He took time listening to me, was concerned about my comfort level, and took time explaining my options. I received thorough after-care instructions from him as well.
