The only bad thing was when I was waiting in the exam room for the doctor. I saw a lot of dust on out of way surfaces and crumbs in the corners of the room. I am a stickler for cleanliness and I can't help but notice such details. I think the cleaning staff needs to be a little more thorough. Other than that, great job!!!

Dr. Bertram never fails to remember my ankle history/medical history. He also always remembers me as a person, not just a patient, so it’s always nice to see him, while he fixes my feet/ankle problems with expertise!
