If Dr. Bales is running late, we are told up front and we have no issues because he had taken the time to be with us and work with us longer than expected.

Dr. Bales was very helpful and understanding of my questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained the treatments for my condition and options available to me. The nurse was also very helpful and courteous taking time to do the tests and arranging for my prescription renewals. Thank you.
