Doctor was very knowledgeable about my condition , my previous surgical procedure and gave me information on the symptoms that I was experiencing and it was normal. I did not know that. Thanks for the outstanding care and kindness by everyone.

Very satisfied with entire process from admissions to body scan. I have never been treated so quickly in my entire life. Doctor listened well and explained my issue in a non confusing way. I will definitely return if I have a medical need!

Totally professional interaction while addressing my reason for the visit. I went there after calling my PCP who couldn’t get me in until June 5th. My issue was more urgent than that…and the bot at my PCP was not at all helpful. I couldn’t speak to a person. Time to look for another provider.

There was no wait, and the nurse took me into a private room and immediately asked questions and explained exactly what would happen. The Dr and the nursing staff were extremely kind, empathetic and caring. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Nurse (Martha?) very personable, attentive and kept me informed. Dr had good communication skills. This is second time to facility and both visits took longer than i expected but both times Dr explained why and I'd rather stay loner and get issue resolved than be kicked out early

From start to finish, each staff member was beyond effective in making my daughter (patient) and myself feel comfortable, in a very timely manner. The smiles, calm talking, assertiveness, and effort to understand/treat/discharge was the best service I have ever experienced at an urgent care visit. Great job to the check in hostess, Taylor RN, and our doctor...I am so sorry I forget the names of the others.

Registration helped as I collapsed in a chair upon entering. Was seen asap. Alex RN was outstanding, as was the Dr. Beeson. Test results were back asap. And I was whisked off to St.V. ER IN AN AMBULANCE. The demeanor of both the Dr. and Alex was perfect. He was informative, direct, but kind. Kudos to that care team! He knew exactly what I needed, and she knew how to keep it light and calming .

The only negative comment from me would me that the recommended cardiologist never called to set up an appointment.
The best part was that both the nurse and doctor spent extra time reassuring me and answering all my questions.

It would have been helpful to have checked on me in the exam room while waiting for X-ray, doctor visit, etc - I could have used Tylenol for pain and assist with ice pack but overall was glad to have her care. The doctor was pleasant, not especially forthcoming with info; gave me the impression he was putting in a shift, not especially interested in the patient. Overall very quick service and glad to have Riverview nearby.
