Super friendly staff! Very convenient location. I wasn't sure why it turned into an ER with the same services as an urgent care after 8pm though with the exception of being able to charge more? I thought you went to urgent care for those needs and the ER if you had more critical needs.

I have no explanation. I just appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and usually things move fairly fast. There has been times it took a little longer, but we all have days like that. Over all I just feel like it is a great place to be for health issues.

Every person I interacted with was kind and also efficient. The nurse and the doctor both were great.communicators. The.doctor really listened to my concerns with an ongoing health issue and took time to make.sure I was comfortable with the status my current health. The person who administered my scan was also thoughtful and kind.

Got in right away, less than a five minute wait to get to a room to be seen. Attending staff was friendly and Physician was engaging and attentive. Offered immediate assistance to the problem for the visit and fischatge was easy too.

Had never used Riverview Urgent Care. Found the process easy, check in quick, staff friendly and competent.

Everything was great from the moment I walked in to see the intake person,Zane my nurse and the doctor. I did not have to wait long to be seen and everyone was very professional. I am taking the ointment they prescribed. A great experience!

I appreciated that I was seen quickly. I did have to return the next day as the infection began to spread. The antibiotic has seemed to clear up the infection, but there were no plan for follow-up once the medication was gone.

We are from out of town and we’re told to go to that urgent care for treatment. My husband was seen immediately and the whole process was smooth and he was taken care of quickly.

Dr. Edward Irick was the doctor who treated me today, Urgent Care facilities are always busy, especially on weekends; however Dr. Irick was very patient with my exam and advice. He listened to my concerns and then shared what he thought my next steps should be.
