All of the staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and very good at what they do! I appreciate each of the professionals who cared for me last week--Janel, Krista, Andrew, Jen and Mr. Kenny; and Dr. Beeson. It was a relaxing, comforting experience. Thank you Krista and Jen for providing some additional insights for my recovery!

I had a short wait time and was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness of both the treating nurse who took a detailed description of my pain and diagnoses, and the doctor who was kind and personable, But more importantly was able to Recognize and address my pain and also was aware and knowledgeable about my genetic connective tissue disorder in an informed and meaningful way while connecting it to the pain I was having that brought me in and tailoring the future treatment I needed to eliminate additional testing and time.

I went in with high bp..The facility is equipped to do many tests. The staff was great. I was there for 2 hours. I now am using Riverview for my pop soon.

From the check in to check out everyone’s very friendly, professional, and caring. Garret kept it light even when I was in a bad spot but still administered care at a high level.
Dr. Beeson was direct and to the point and acted quickly which was great considering the pain I was in.
I believe it was Sarah that did my CT. She was quick but so friendly and calming.
Everyone was amazing. I was checked in and had a nurse waiting before I could get my wristband printed and on. So fast.

Some people are friendly because it is their job. The BMV comes to mind because I was there on Friday. Others are because they genuinely care about the people they are serving. The whole group there are in the genuinely care category. You should be very proud of that crew!
