Registration helped as I collapsed in a chair upon entering. Was seen asap. Alex RN was outstanding, as was the Dr. Beeson. Test results were back asap. And I was whisked off to St.V. ER IN AN AMBULANCE. The demeanor of both the Dr. and Alex was perfect. He was informative, direct, but kind. Kudos to that care team! He knew exactly what I needed, and she knew how to keep it light and calming .

Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The only negative comment from me would me that the recommended cardiologist never called to set up an appointment.
The best part was that both the nurse and doctor spent extra time reassuring me and answering all my questions.

The nurse was very friendly and accommodating. It would have been helpful to have checked on me in the exam room while waiting for X-ray, doctor visit, etc - I could have used Tylenol for pain and assist with ice pack but overall was glad to have her care. The doctor was pleasant, not especially forthcoming with info; gave me the impression he was putting in a shift, not especially interested in the patient. Overall very quick service and glad to have Riverview nearby.

Got in very quick. Everyone was very kind. I had to come here because my hospital
Network turned me away for care because they were short staffed. I needed to be seen urgently for an xray, and Riverview did not disappoint! Thank you

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

Excellent care always at Riverview for me. I tried CVS for a strep screen and after waiting over half an hour ( for an estimated 50 minute wait) the nurse said it would be 2-3 hours before she could squeeze me in. I drove to Riverview Urgent Care and had no waiting to be seen!

The women doing the registration process are top notch. She worked hard to get us checked in before it switched over to ER. The nurse was great and could joke with my daughter in the end. Although I think the last couple stitches are loose and probably aren’t doing anything that’s the PA and not the nurse.

We’ve had very good experiences every time we’ve visited. They clearly explained each step of the treatment and diagnosis. Everyone is attentive, communicative, and professional—from the administrative staff to the doctor and nurses. The wait time during our last visit was much shorter than on previous visits.

I came in with a persistent cough and trouble breathing. Was in and out in about an hour with an RX to stop the cough. Started the medicine and on the mend in about 24hrs. Thank you to all the staff at Riverview for everything you do. Hope I was the easiest case you had all day!

This location on Michigan Road is my preference for urgent care. The facility is nice and well equipped. The staff if always kind and able to address my issues. Waits are typically short.

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!
