Dr. Rivera is exceptional. She consistently listens carefully to my concerns, takes the time to explain things clearly, and makes sure I feel heard and understood. She has a warm and compassionate bedside manner that immediately puts me at ease. I appreciate that she is thorough,thoughtful in her recommendations, and involves me in decisions about my care. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I always leave with a clear plan and confidence in my suggested actions. She provides outstanding, patient-centered care.

This was an initial visit with Dr. Rivera to establish care. I genuinely appreciated her bedside manner. She is a great listener and patiently answered my questions without being condescending which is a issue I have experienced in health care settings. I am grateful that someone recommended Dr. Rivera to me.

All my visits with my PC doctor are always pleasant. She is always attentive to my questions and concerns. She provides me with good information on the medicine she prescribes. I am always comfortable during our visits.

Dr. Rivera makes an effort to assess every health concern I raise and takes the time to explain the possible causes and potential solutions. I appreciate that she includes me in the care approach. She remembers my conversations and concerns expressed from previous visits.

I was certain about having a black PCP. Dr. Rivera has been so caring, conversational & personable. I plan to stick with her even though her office is 50 minutes from where I live. I enjoy being her patient & she is an amazing doctor.
