I have always been treated as the only patient of the day. It is a delight to visit with Amanda. She is awesome. She is a professional through and through and has always been that way. However she is also down to earth and enjoys hearing about my life and what I am doing as I am now at year 80. She brightens my day when she enters the room. Franciscan is fortunate to have her.

As above very pleased. Except today I was crying most the time there. That was between me and my husband, never letting say much and answered the questions. I am not senile. Obviously since I writing review. Please always include the patient in the questions, no matter how old they are. And I believed she did try to do that.
