Amanda is so personable! She took time to explain everything that I needed to know. Did a head to toe physical assessment. But most of all she is the most friendliest person that I could ask for.

I have always been treated like a special person when I have visited Franciscan. The courtesy. friendliness, caring, and professionalism has always been A+. Everyone has always been welcoming and if there was ever a longer than usual wait time, it has always been explained. I realize that are times when waiting seems long but that means that the health care professionals have been spending more quality time with people that need it more than others. There is no problem with that. There will be times, as I age even more than now, that I will need more time with a medical person. Amanda is an awesome professional. Her concern, friendliness, and expert knowledge is so evident each time I visit her. She covers everything that I need to know and then some more. She always adds something that I do not think to ask and I certainly appreciate that.
