Dr. Ritch and his affiliated staff were outstanding addressing all my questions and concerns. It is obvious that Dr. Ritch enjoys being a physician, but also welcomes the opportunity to educate his patient and family. Being well informed about my diagnosis, treatment options with associated risks made my decision easy based on sound education provided by all involved. I have already recommended this practice to others. All staff are to be commended for their professionalism, and empathy.
