MA Ritari was 500% better at explaining the pacemaker installed than the doctor who installed it and thought he did a great job and whose explanation about the results not living upto the pre operation representations were “it happens.”

All went well, as usual. Stephanie said I could see her just once a year now (if I wished) — she’s confident that my pacemaker and other stuff are working fine — but I still prefer a twice yearly schedule. I appreciate her information and reassurance that much. :)

She was very friendly. Gave me the results of the device check that was made. She also listened as I discussed other health issues that I had since my last visit with her. She recommended and then prescribed another treatment that I then scheduled.
