My experience was very good. I had a couple of tough situations. The nurses made some alternate arrangements and still was able to get done. We had to get done. And as always, Dr. Butler has bedside manner and very friendly and can take care of you even when you're at your lowest.

Both doctor and Doppler study tech were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and put me at ease. Doctor was friendly, and her examination of me, reviewed my file thoroughly, answered all my questions, unexplained my care going forward.

Doctor Butler went over my medical file with me and explained how the veins and valves in my legs circulate blood from my heart to my legs and back, I was very impressed, all the past doctors and surgeons never explained that to me. I also learned she is a cardio vascular surgeon, and based on her thoroughness, in my visit, I would trust her for any heart-related treatment or procedure

My experience was awesome. Everyone treated me with respect. Everyone treated me like I was a human being and not a number, especially my doctor who spoke to me on my level, knew my case, and explained things to me that were germane to what I am dealing with with patience and with compassion.

Rita M Butler made feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected me to the point that I had to finish the appointment and ask for a manager. Rita M Butler crossed a line from clinical questioning into something unrelated especially it wasn't tied to my immediate medical issue. Jumping from my leg swelling to questioning my parenting In that way - especially phrased as " are you restricting your child" - is very unprofessional conduct. She failed to properly evaluate my condition She behaved unprofessionally Made inappropriate and irrelevant personal accusations She made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe and disrespecte.
