Risha Patel is an excellent provider, very caring, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Explains everything in detail along with a positive outlook. Also, with going through a very difficult time, her words and support were very comforting to me. I hope she gets recognized for her wonderful qualities.

One of the things that I loved about, Dr. Patel was that she was on point she knew everything about me before she even walked into the room. She went over all my tests and explained and also recommended me to take twice a day my reflex medication. I really enjoyed meeting her and being treated by her

From the time I registered in st the office, to the time I left, everyone treated me kindly, even the young man who helped me find my way to the exit. Dr. Patel was attentive and listened and suggested steps to take to help my situation.

Dr. Patel was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my questions and concerns. The girls in the other office who deal with insurance were excellent and I feel they go above and beyond.

The front desk is not really customer friendly. This is my second time encountering being disregarded while waiting to be checked in.

The best provider I have ever had bc she listened carefully, and allowed the time and space to explain my experience. Because of this, she didn't make the same assumptions the MD did and I therefore trust her care over the M.D.

I was prepared to pay my $50.00 copay with cash. I had a $50.00 dollar bill. Which I wasn't allowed to use. So I had to put it on a credit card. This upset me for I'm trying to NOT use my credit cards.

NP Patel was wonderful. She seemed to know my previous concerns and history and listened to my concerns and questions and responded accordingly. I will highly recommend her to anyone who asks for this type of service.

Risha communicates very clearly and in terms of that are easily understood. She listens and displays appropriate compassion when decisions can be complicated. Overall, the other personnel that I had interaction with were also very efficient and communicated in a compassionate manner.

When I arrived the computer system was down. But everyone from the girls at the desk to the provider handled the situation professionally and very well. The worked well together and made everything flow well, and I was still seen on time!
