The best provider I have ever had bc she listened carefully, and allowed the time and space to explain my experience. Because of this, she didn't make the same assumptions the MD did and I therefore trust her care over the M.D.

I was prepared to pay my $50.00 copay with cash. I had a $50.00 dollar bill. Which I wasn't allowed to use. So I had to put it on a credit card. This upset me for I'm trying to NOT use my credit cards.

NP Patel was wonderful. She seemed to know my previous concerns and history and listened to my concerns and questions and responded accordingly. I will highly recommend her to anyone who asks for this type of service.

Risha was kind, caring, knowledgeable and informative. She presented my EGD and biopsy results information and offered plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. She demonstrated her listening skills and showed much compassion and caring. She is a wonderful asset to the group.

Everyone from the girls at the front desk who check you in to [REDACTED] who is such a sweetheart and Risha the NP they are all wonderful and I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!

Risha communicates very clearly and in terms of that are easily understood. She listens and displays appropriate compassion when decisions can be complicated. Overall, the other personnel that I had interaction with were also very efficient and communicated in a compassionate manner.

When I arrived the computer system was down. But everyone from the girls at the desk to the provider handled the situation professionally and very well. The worked well together and made everything flow well, and I was still seen on time!

I am thankful that I have a great team to help with my care. Risha Patel has gone above and beyond for my care especially with changes to my medication with even calling me after my appointment to check in on me with the changes. I have not had any doctor do that in the past and truly trust her guidance and suggestions to my medical care.

Im very upset with Dr Malik hes the Dr i see there and he saw me but i was seeing his nurse and he didnt say hi or hello. Wasnt friendly friendly just looked at me. He was personable i think hes mad at me but he shouldnt be unprofessionalnand and unkind
