“I had a great experience with Dr. Alyssa Rios.The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and explained the treatment in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was also friendly and the appointment process was smooth. I would definitely recommend this doctor to others.

My child actually loves going to the doctor/his pediatrician, and this practice overhaul. He loves the nurses and both the doctors. You don't often hear that being said by kids for a doctor's office. He's not scared or nervous.

I really appreciate that Dr. Rios is kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle with children. She doesn't push anything that we aren't comfortable with, and shows so much care while we are with her, which is exactly what we wanted in a pediatrician.

We had to wait 50 minutes, five zero minutes, before my daughter was seen by the pediatrician. I've never had to wait this long before. And no one came in to explain the wait. This was very frustrating.

Dr. Rios is very knowledgeable and she is extremely patient with her patients and the family members because as a mother, as a new mom, I have so many questions and she does not shrug it off or make it seem as if I don't know what I'm talking about or it's not important. She takes the time to explain stuff and we appreciate her.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. The doctor spent the perfect amount of time with my son, respected their boundaries when they were squeamish about exams, and did not rush us.
