Dr Mathews is the BEST!

Dr. Mathews took a few xrays of my feet. She sat down and explained all the xrays to me and showed me the location of my problems. I now understand why my feet were painful at night and what is causing it. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a foot problem. She is an asset to Virtua. Thank you Dr. Mathews.

This was a last minute appointment and they waited for me to come from radiology, since an X-ray was required for my appointment. Both receptionists, [REDACTED] at renaissance center and [REDACTED] at greentree rd were amazing! Kudos to both of them! Also great thanks to Dr Mathews! She is wonderful!!

Dr Mathews was amazing! Knowledgeable, great listener and gave me options without surgery at this time. The 2 girls at checkout were unbelievably kind and great listeners! I mentioned how wonderful Dr [REDACTED] is as he replaced both my knees as well as my husband's. I lost my husband recently at Jefferson hospital nearby. It was closing time and they gave up their own time to comfort me. There are great people in this world!!!

Dr. Mathews is a confident professional. She's very good at what she does. She's very personable. Her staff is equally confident and friendly and the location is very convenient and the people that work in the other offices right there are all very friendly. It's a nice place to visit.

I really feel comfortable with the provider, however her assistant is not very friendly. Also, I was not very comfortable in the facility and the examine room for the following reasons. The examination room was very small and tight, and the pull of the table got stuck; it made it very difficult, uncomfortable to get of the examination table because it got stuck. The tightness of the small examination room made it very hard, uncomfortable to get off the examination table. I am disabled I have difficulty walking, getting off the exam table due to my herniated disc's so I need accommodation to meet my needs. Overall the visit with the doctor went well, however very disappointing of the location.

Dr. Mathews is the best doctor that I've seen. I've seen plenty of specialists for a lot of different reasons and Dr. Mathews is attentive, empathetic, listens to me. She has great bedside manners. I would recommend her to anybody and I wish she could be my primary care physician because I love her that much.

I wanted my nails cut and filed but she doesn't file the nail down. My nails are thick so next time I want to go to someone that will file the thickness down cause they hurt in a closed shoe.'

Yeah, the nurse that she has, I think the nurse tech that she has working for, she's not a real kind person. That's my opinion. Other people might have other opinions about her, but it's just something about her or being in that field. I think they need to change up, put somebody in that position and rotate it. That's all I have to say. Thank you.

There is no improvement that I can see. The staff was very friendly. My Dr. Mathews was the sweetest person, understanding, and listened to your concerns as though I was her blood relative. I just really, if I could recommend 100 people to see her, I would.
