She was very compassionate and sympathetic and also made sure that the lab work that was being collected was going to a lab that would be covered by my insurance. Those kinds of details are huge!

I was very sick, and the whole office and personnel were trying to take care of me! I was sent to the hospital where they determined a kidney infection! Love being taken care of so well!

Rima is very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. After I leave an appointment with her, I feel like I had an appointment with my primary care physician. Her attention to detail is admirable. Let's do everything possible to make sure she sticks around. Rima is a hidden gem.
