I was left in an exam room for 30 minutes. When doctor came in, he apologized. I thought about leaving and rescheduling for another time.

Dr. Rilpuou and his staff or an A+ or awesome, top notch and the fact that he reads your latest doctor visits and knows what's going on with you before he comes to the room makes it even better. It shows that he cares it shows that he does his homework and investigate about his patience to make sure that they get the best care. I'm so glad that I've started to come see him so he is doing an excellent job. Thank you.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The provider and the entire staff, and especially the provider, they really do care about their patients. And I really felt like they were just really on top of everything. And he just wanted to do things the right way. And he was very diligent. But at the same time, he's been very proactive on doing things. And I'm extremely happy that I had an opportunity to be his patient. Thank you.

Having to wait 5 months or more for an initial appointment seems a little excessive.

Everything about my visit was fabulous. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the office, the courtesy, kindness, professionalism, competence, everything with the two doctors who saw me. I cannot commend them enough. They were absolutely wonderful. So thank you. I feel honored to be a patient in this office. Thank you.

I thank everyone there for always treating me with respect. They have always, as long as I've been there. Dr. Rupa have always treated me with respect and always have shown interest in my health and try to make sure that I adhere to his word to let me know that my health is important.

The doctor and his assistants all listened and heard me. I am a no-nonsense type of person, and the doctor and staff listened to me and did not embark on unrelated health issues. I appreciated their professional and good-natured approach to my needs.

This was my first time to see an Endocrinologist. I was a bit nervous due to "the unknown". Dr. Rilpuou and staff were so kind and helpful. So informative regarding the appointment. I'll be looking forward to see the results and information following some diagnostics.

I would like to add that Dr. Rilpuou listens very well & understands my concerns. He references back to old notes & requests & takes those very seriously into consideration when making recommendations or advising a course of action. When I requested information about removing certain medications or supplements due to discomfort over my last couple visits he has tracked my progress & made adjustments while still keeping me inline with my health & goals.
