Dr Rilpouou is an excellent physician. He is kind , attentive , and a great listener. He doesn’t rush you and is very thorough in reviewing the chart and current medications.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
My appointment was the first of the day at 07:30 and doctor did not show up until 08:15. If I would have shown up late they would have cancelled my appt. I had this follow up appointment scheduled months in advance and doctor should have been on time and with plan of care and knowledge of med cost.

Dr Rilpoue & his Medical assistant are both 100% professional, friendly, helpful & show real true care & compassion for my needs.

No room for improvement. 100% good as usual.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I did not feel Dr Rilpuou was very interested in communicating with me and it seemed he just preferred scanning through his computer screen! He rarely spoke to me and only spoke when I asked a direct question. I did not feel this appointment was at all productive. In my opinion, Dr Rilpuou needs to develop better communication skills.

Dr Rilppouo was very clear in his explanation of what he suspected was happening and the steps he was going to take in determining it. It made it clear to me that we had a definite path to follow.

Of course Dr. Rilpuou is the GOAT when it comes to Endocrinology. He listens to your concerns, seems to generally care about what is going and find best treatment.

Dr. R is outstanding. He explains treatment plans thoroughly and clearly. I'm 69 years old and I have difficulty losing weight. He referred me to the weight loss clinic.

Ability to get you in, out and still feeling well cared for in a timely manner is almost impossible in this day and age, but in this office it is not the case. There is time for questions, reviewing health issues and addressing what is happening now. You don't feel rushed to let the Dr move on. The only thing you are pushed to do is be sure you don't have any additional questions or concerns that haven't been addressed. That is a good thing. Making sure you check your notes and everything has been covered. This is the type of office you wish all your doctors ran
