Of course Dr. Rilpuou is the GOAT when it comes to Endocrinology. He listens to your concerns, seems to generally care about what is going and find best treatment.

Dr. R is outstanding. He explains treatment plans thoroughly and clearly. I'm 69 years old and I have difficulty losing weight. He referred me to the weight loss clinic.

Ability to get you in, out and still feeling well cared for in a timely manner is almost impossible in this day and age, but in this office it is not the case. There is time for questions, reviewing health issues and addressing what is happening now. You don't feel rushed to let the Dr move on. The only thing you are pushed to do is be sure you don't have any additional questions or concerns that haven't been addressed. That is a good thing. Making sure you check your notes and everything has been covered. This is the type of office you wish all your doctors ran

This is one of the best office visit. There was team cohesion at every point. Dr. Rilpuou did not rush This is the best teamwork of any office visit I've ever experienced. I had a pleasant greeting, I was in the waiting room less than a minute before being taken to exam room where my vitals were taken and Dr. Rilpuou and medical intern arrived. Dr Rilpuou was thorough in gathering my medical history (as it is a lot) and professional during the visit. Dr. Rilpuou completed my physical exam and ordered blood work. I received the results of my blood work and Dr Rilpuou new instructions. He had set up a plan of action and provided detail plan of action for my health. This all happened before I got home from the office visit. Thank you to the Endocrinology department.

Dr. Rilpuou's bed side manner is top tier. He even remembered me from a visit 6 years ago. When going over my family history, I told him my father died since I've seen him and he paused to give his condolences. He applauded my medical strengths and showed me how getting other things under control would help me even more without making me feel bad. I rate him an A+

From the moment I walked in the door, every single staff member was so kind, helped and directed me where to go.. I am so thankful I have a new doctor to help me!
