Was forgotten about in an exam room for hours, sent to take an X ray when what my condition needed was an MRI, and was sent home without seeing Dr. Williams.

From check in to check out, everything, as usual, flowed with precision and excellence. Both Melissa and Dr. Williams are as thorough as can be and just all around great people to be around.

We could not be happier with Dr Riley. He had us at ease before the surgery and came to find us after. My daughter has had no pain at all and she is over two weeks post surgery

He did a thorough examination. Explained everything in detail. Looked me in the eyes and listened intently as I explained to him my symptoms and my concerns. He answered any question I had with patience. I felt heard and I really appreciated his time

Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful. He checked in both before and after my operations and spent time with me to answer questions.

We felt entirely reassured in the care of Dr. Williams from start to finish. The experience exceeded our expectations in every respect. We were incredibly impressed by the facility, the staff, and the exceptional breadth of knowledge demonstrated by the medical team. It was truly a pleasure, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have been cared for by the very best.

Dr. Williams and his team communicated the plan and dx testing very well to my daughter. They were very thorough in explaining everything.

Dr. Williams explained the patient's condition, the upcoming surgery, and the rehabilitation process clearly and kindly from the very first meeting. As an international student at a U.S. boarding school, we had many questions about both the surgery and the return to sports, and he answered all of them with care and clarity. His warm attitude helped my 17-year-old feel calm and confident going into the procedure. He not only received excellent surgical treatment but also meaningful reassurance and comfort.
