We would like to be seen before an hour. Once we were late by 10 mins to an appointment and we had to reschedule. But when we are early we wait an hour after our appointment and other people get seen first when they are late

The wait time from after the nurse to see the doctor seemed long as I had to contain and entertain two kids 3 and younger.

I understand nervous first time parents can be obnoxious but it helps to simply be friendly and kind. We left feeling stupid rather than supported which is simply not how it should be. Dr.Wong does an excellent job being kind and relaxed. I think the rest of the office could take some notes on how he practices.
