Everyone was nice. And the councilor that called was nice. but I was more unstable after talking about everything going on after the phone call than before.

Health care has become a business rather than patient focused. After working for Corewell for many years, they would rather see the $$ than give time and exceptional care. I am so happy that Trinity Health has does not compromise physician/patient time for the benefit of $$.
