I lost my husband and was extremely emotional and The nurse who took vitals was very kind. Ashley remembered that I lost my brother five months before and was very compassionate. I was crying at the beginning of the exam and after talking to her I left the office still sad but wasn't crying. The two people I had contact w were very considerate and compassionate

It was a pleasure seeing Ashley Richmond (even though I was not feeling well). She is a NP, but gave service like a doctor. She was very thorough and attended to every detail. I would love to see her go on to become a doctor.

Ashley Richmond NP is one of the best providers I have seen at IHA (and IHA has some very fine people). She is careful, a good listener, a great diagnostician, and takes appropriate time with the patient. Superlative provider.
