I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Theresa Richardson was exceptional in every way. She was very helpful and reminded me of things and my chart that I had forgotten. We did have a few laughs, which made me feel very comfortable. would highly recommend

I was so nervous about my back surgery but Dr. L Rapp explained everything and what to expect oi knew I was in good hands. Theresa met with me in the hospital and also my follow up appointments….she continued to take the time to listen to me, answering my questions and helping me continue to feel confident that I can move towards a normal life
