Dr Richardson is the best primary care physician I have ever had! Knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, empathetic, amazing follow through. She genuinely cares for her patients and it comes through every time I see her!

Honestly the visit with Dawn Richardson and my wife was one of the best I've ever had with my PA. Timelines and control, active discussion, communication inclusiveness between hospitals, and physicians. A plan. Comfort. (my words).

The provider is great. The only issue I have had is with the answering service. But I have learned to go directly to the Nurse through the portal and we can get issues addressed quickly

I needed a referral for a specialist and from the time I made the call to the time they were able to fit me in, I was extremely satisfied. They also gave me options as to how I could be seen in order to get a referral.
