The physician was very attentive, showed compassion and concern. He explained the healthcare issue in simple terms and was reassuring when we went over my results.

I was able to receive the answers that I needed.
I was able to make a second appointment for a later time to see if they can fit and adjust my hearing aids that I got somewhere else.

I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I especially appreciate the short wait times in the waiting room, and the staff actually listens to my concerns.

I feel like Uab has failed me as a patient I'm currently having health issues even went far and beyond to sign up for financial assistance and received no answers again even with a specialist also have to wait several months for a ct scan which is unacceptable and next year just to see a neurologist which is displeasing! My opinion is Uab has too many patients and not enough genuine staff
