I went to Sr. Schaller with bleeding heamarrhoids. I didn't expect Him to treat the that day. He did a procedure right there in His office. I was delighted that the largest one He treated. The bleeding has actually stopped. I have a few more that I have to have treated. I was very Happy with the results. I would recommend Him Highly.

Richard V Schaller, MD was amazing, as well as ALL the staff from the minute I walked thru the door. 10 out of 10 and if I could, it would be 100/10. Great experience all around.

Scheduler had crossed out ekg and when hospital called to schedule procedure I was told it was needed, this resulted in some confusion

The technician that treated me was an Indian woman, but it was a little hard to understand because of language barrier. I asked her to repeat her questions a few times just because I didn't understand her at first.

Dr. Schaller is so kind and compassionate and laid back and his voice is soothing. It makes you not even mind that he's doing a rectal exam on you. He's very knowledgeable and helpful and honest and he really knows his stuff. I really appreciate Dr. Schaller's office because they are flexible and they are able to schedule within a reasonable time frame and I absolutely have already recommended Dr. Schaller to friends and family.

The medical professional that took my intake info forgot to include all the things i was allergic to even though the Dr. asked me a second time about my allergies snd then reprended her for not entering them at all. When i went home after the visit that day, my aftercare prescription was the very thing i was allergic to.

I really liked the doctor. I felt comfortable in anything that he had told me what was going on with my health. I would totally trust him if in the event I needed surgery. Just felt all around comfortable with him and how he conducted himself and how he treated me as a patient and an individual. And yeah, so he was great. Thank you.

Only problem that with Virtua is everything is slow, to make appointments, to talk to the doctor right away if you have an emergency. It took long time before you get a call back, by the time they called you probably be dead by then by the time they reached out to you. They are too relax back for me and little careless looks like. One time they called me back the next day which is no good. That's my only problem, and concerns with Virtua.

Dr Schaller very knowledgeable and compassionate. He gave me information about my last colonoscopy which was almost 3 years ago that I wasn't aware of . I now need to schedule another colonoscopy in the next coming months . Thank you Dr Schaller !

This provider did not even sit down when he was discussing my reason for being there. Doctors are supposed to sit and remain eye level with their patient and he stood the whole time. I felt like he wanted to be in and out, and he really only spent about 10 minutes with me and did not really address my concerns before leaving.
