Extended wait time with no explanation and only one other patient seen at that time

The Callahan parking deck is difficult to navigate. The spaces are small and the "aisles" between parking rows are narrow. The turns are very tight. Some levels are not accessible, and the steps only lead in one direction.

They did X-ray to clear my mind that I was OK.
