Doctor & Nurse were excellent and caring. I had a problem with receptionist and attempt to make next follow-up appointment. She kept me waiting at her desk for 10 minutes while she did personal computer work. When she was finally ready and gave me choices, I picked a choice. Then when she got back on computer she said somebody just took that appointment. Each time she gave me less appts. To chose from.

Dr. Lachhman was very knowledgeable but his bedside manner was quite lacking. I mentioned multiple times that I had bad anxiety about what was going on with me and he seemed more annoyed than compassionate. I felt as though he was treating me like a medical student rather than a patient.

Dr. Tim Lachman gave me a very good check up and Is knowledgeable. Showed concern regarding my overall health. The doctor took very good care of me.

Everyone was kind and respected my privacy. I especially appreciated how frequently I was checked on during the testing to make sure I was still okay. I like that I didn't feel rushed during the appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Lachman for many years because I have the utmost confidence in him. He has, at times, gone beyond office hours to help me with personal medical issues. His staff is very helpful also & the new office is even more enticing.

Provider was extremely late, never read up on my condition from the hospital records, offered no advice or treatment plan.
