Dr. Jacob took more time explaining in detail his plans for my care and what he was seeing on my ultrasound and MRI. He wanted to see another test run before operating. Many surgeons would have bypassed the testing and happily operated on me whether it was necessary or not. Dr. Jacob is a thorough and cautious surgeon who seems more concerned with the care of his patients than rushing them through like cattle to make a buck. I can certainly appreciate that and am glad I chose him as my surgeon.

He was extremely thorough in providing explanations for all of my symptoms and showed me my scans while explaining what we were seeing on the screen. While I have a complicated issue, he was committed to taking the time to figure it out.

Dr J actually showed me the MRI imaging and explained how he could not perform removal, discussed the need for neurosurgeon and referred me.

My experience with Dr Jacob was very good. He answered all of my questions and explained everything fully. He explained all of the risks and benefits of my proposed surgery. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jacobs listened to my concerns and determined after he examined the area that he could remove it then. He described what would be involved and moved me to another room to do the procedure. He described what he was doing throughout the procedure and when asked showed me what was removed. I felt very comfortable the whole time.
