You say someone will get back to me in 24 hours, you did. You say your focus is the patient, it showed. Your concern for a patient to get care and started on the process is evident. I did not need a diagnosis before getting an appointment, that for me was huge. Every aspect has been forward moving for me to find out what is going on.
