I was disappointed getting an appointment with Dr. Ghali was months out. My appointment with this provider dispelled any qualms about seeing a PA.

Listened and understood what I was trying to explain what my symptom are. Gave me all the time I needed to express myself. Explained to me in terms I could understand what meds were going to do to me.

Doctors have enough stress without management BS. If I didn't like all my doctors so much, I would not deal with how corporate manages their Healthcare profits and don't support their staff.

Dr. Richard Eric Charles’ bedside manner was very dry and impersonal. He did a poor job of explaining my condition and treatment options, leaving me with more questions than answers. For something as serious as a cardiac issue, I expected clearer communication, empathy, and reassurance — none of which I felt I received during my visit.

Everything was just excellent. It can’t say enough about second floor. If you have a heart problem it’s wonderful. I had ate in so they help me get a pill. Give me medicine. Get me back home after five days in the hospital.
