Dr. Richard Eric Charles’ bedside manner was very dry and impersonal. He did a poor job of explaining my condition and treatment options, leaving me with more questions than answers. For something as serious as a cardiac issue, I expected clearer communication, empathy, and reassurance — none of which I felt I received during my visit.

very thorough. Polite, concerned. The summary was detailed and understandable. He made sure I understood medication changes. Would see him again in a minute.

Everything was just excellent. It can’t say enough about second floor. If you have a heart problem it’s wonderful. I had ate in so they help me get a pill. Give me medicine. Get me back home after five days in the hospital.
