Dr Baker explained what may have happened to me that caused me to lose my hearing which is what I needed to know.
He was the 4th Ear specialist I had been to in hopes of getting an explanation as to what has caused my hearing loss. He is the only one who gave me time and a detailed possible causes and explanation.
Other doctors, I felt, just blew me off. They did not take the time to speak with me and answer my questions. All they told me was that I lost my hearing and I needed a hearing aid.
I wanted and needed to know what may have happened to me and what I could do to prevent further damage to the affected ear and damage to my other ear. Dr. Baker was the only one who did this. He took time to be sure he answered all my questions. I appreciated him answering helping me to understand my situation.. the what may have happened based on evidence available, and where I stand now, and what I needed to do for the future.

His nurse, Ginger, was delightful. She is extremely outgoing, friendly & is very adept at putting the patient at ease. She is the most personable nurse of the many doctors I see.
