Dr. thakkar is great, 10/10 for listening and explaining the situation for me, and answering questions. I felt listened to, not rushed, and like she paid attention.

Dr. Thakkar is a wonderful Dr. She reviewed all my records and discussed all of my concerns. She made me feel very relaxed and calm, while discussing steps forward with my MS treatment.

Dr Thakkar was extremely kind and heard all my concerns without dismissing them. She was very thorough and made sure i was following along with the plan every step of the way! i feel lucky to have her as my neurologist.

The video never ever has worked for me. The doctor called me so we could conduct visit. Telehealth is horrible.

I felt seen, however I felt like I was starting over from 0. I had a hard time getting the appointment for many weeks due to non-responsive issues with both Mychart and Virtua automated voice-mail system.

Dr. Thakkar is a warm, caring, knowledgeable professional with a sense of humor. Very refreshing in these days of scoring and ticking off answers to questions from the computer. She shared appropriately. And she laughed at my lame jokes. I felt that she understood me. I highly recommend her as a Neurologist.

Dr Thakkar and the rest of the staff are known, in my household, as my "dreamteam". I suffered FOR YEARS feeling sick and not knowing what was wrong. Dr Thakkar dove in, sent me for tests and finally diagnosed me with MS. I'm everything "Virtua" and I wouldn't change a thing!

Everyone in the office was professional and helpful. I called today with a concern stemming from my insurance company and the woman at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help and provide reassurance for options I have should this issue ever happen again.

The provider really showed that she really cared about my well-being and took the time to really listen to what I was saying to her and when she recommended some treatment, she explained fully what it would be for and how it would go to me so I really appreciate her Explaining everything to me so clearly

Experience was fine but the ultrasound order given to me by Dr. Thakkar could not be done as ordered. Also was unable to call Drs assistant as instructed. Very unhappy about that. Left message for Dr. on my chart.

Beautiful office which is nice when you are sick. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Thakkar was very thorough and on top of her game. She moved rapidly with lots of solutions to my health issues. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

She showed me that she really cared about me and my health and what I needed to do to get advance on what's going on with my body not like the other doctor that I've seen lately they act like they did not care that you're old and you see now I don't know what you're doing, but she treated me so well I really appreciate Her in the way that she treated me awesome doctor nowadays not finding doctors like that. I really appreciate her being 80 years of age and finding someone that really cares and not pushing you aside or like yeah yeah I know what you're saying, but she took her time to listen to me and understand my feelings of what is going on with me, as I said, I really appreciate her !!!
