I just love Dr. Patel and all the staff at the office. I feel so comfortable with her exceptional care and have highly recommended her to even my mom. My mom has switched over to her care also.

My experience with Dr. Patel was excellent and with the staff at the office. They were so nice. They really went out of their way to really take care of me above and above the call of duty. I felt very taken care of.

First, my complaint, biggest complaint with this whole virtual system is the phone system. It stinks if you need to call them and tell them you're running late or call because you have an emergency and can't make an appointment, no one answers. And it's just, it's hard getting through. You're waiting an hour to make an appointment or you have the call back, which sometimes they don't even call back. So that's my complaint. My positive stuff is everyone in that office is wonderful. My Dr. Patel, I love. I would never want another doctor besides her. And I feel maybe they need a little help with some office work, but other than that, they're fabulous. Thank you.

Dr Ria Patel is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Treats you like family with respect and dignity. Best provider my wife and I have ever had. Anyone looking for a new provider- highly recommend. Knows your history and is extremely thorough!

most of my family have already switched to virtua family physicians, I switched years ago from the dr that I had ,because I wasn't happy with the care I was recieving I needed a dr to listen & help me with my situation.I am very content with the care I recieve the office staff is exceptionally nice & helpful their an asset to your office.

Front desk staff barely made eye contact with me the entire time they were checking me in. No personal interaction at all. Did not make a good impression on me.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Patel was attentive, listened and was familiar with my history. It was obvious that she read over my past visits details and was able to ask me about something I said a year ago. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and supportive.

Wonderful bedside manner and eased my anxiety about my health concerns ! Really took the time to listen and explain . Dr. Patel provided comfort and knowledge ! She was amazing ! I've had a lot of medical and life trauma and Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors I have come across !

Dr Patel is great. Very compassionate. Staff's knowledge has definitely been on the decline over the last few visits. Front desk staff should not show the patients their anger regarding staffing levels. Very unprofessional check out clerk when she arrived for her shift. Very vocal and slamming items on her desk. When I was ready to check out the young lady had a sign that she was the only one and to go to the third desk. She was not there so I had the check in staff help me check out. MA would not take dates of my flu and Covid shots to put in chart. Told me she had to check NJIIS. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Patel was really amazing. She was patient, listened to everything I had to say, explained exactly what she thought my issue was and what she was recommending for treatment. Dr Patel made sure that before I left that all my questions and concerns were addressed.

My experience with Dr. Ria Patel was stellar. I am a new patient of hers. Dr. Patel came to our meeting totally prepared. She had already thoroughly read my medical history and went over it thoroughly. We made a plan for a medication that I take weekly and scheduled an 8-week follow-up visit. I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to having Dr. Patel as my primary care doctor.
