Rhiannan is always super helpful and great about explaining things to us. She was very kind and validated me when I felt like maybe I was being a worry wart when bringing my daughter in. She showed empathy to my daughter while she was in pain. I absolutely adore Rhiannan and prefer to see her over anyone else!

Rhiannon McKay is AMAZING!!! She was GREAT with our baby, VERY informative and VERY thorough.

A few years ago I was seen by this NP for the 1st time due to the urgency I needed to be seen, & in the absence of my doctor on that day. I had just returned from vacation in Turks & Caicos, & had fallen in the airport returning home- scraping the length of my shin bone on a dirty metal post tearing out skin & tissue, leaving open gaping holes all the way down my shin bone. I have chronic Immune Deficiency Disease & knew I needed to get medical attention ASAP!By the time I got in to see this NP, a few days had passed & these holes had become green pus filled, draining sores. I also had developed large sores almost covering both legs, & moving up onto thighs & both arms. These sores were not like anything I'd had before. They Very painful & itched horribly. During the visit, she looked at the sores on my legs - not even acknowledging my Injured leg. I had to bring it to her attention. Her immediate diagnosis & entire focus moving on was: Scabies!!???!! Seriously, SCABIES???!!ALL she prescribed was a cream to treat Scabies!! Needless to say, It was NOT Scabies, the cream set all my open oozing sores ON FIRE, & I had to return - to see MY doctor's NP to be 'properly' treated with antibiotics & steroids both injections & pill form!! Within a few days it all started healing! So, since this bad experience - along with my history as a complex case of medical Issues, I have avoided this NP until now. I am glad I had the opportunity to be seen by this NP! She was patient, listened, was compassionate to my medical issue, & was very thorough! I enjoyed visiting with her & getting to know her! I feel like she has matured & grown in her patient interactions, & medical knowledge.

Rhiannon is always as professional as can be. Pleasant to be around and very straightforward. I trust her.

NP was very helpful and explained options.

Nurse check practitioner was very helpful helpful diagnose the issue and got my medication called in quickly. By the time I got to the pharmacy they were ready.

PA/NP was very prompt and listened to my medical complaints. Very pleased with my medical care. NP was very friendly and caring.

Rhiannon was amazing!! Truly showed concern about my injury and did her best to evaluate and treat!!! Her and the nurse stayed over to make sure further treatment processes were put in place. So grateful to both Rhiannon and Scotta!
