Everyone of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hoffman is a lovely person. She listened patiently and offered the best advice she could to help me with some concerns. She never rushed nor did she seem indifferent, but genuinely concerned about me as an individual.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Carilyn Hoffman! She was so kind and friendly and put me at ease right away. I’ve never had a doctor take the time to listen with such care and explain her actions and procedures so thoroughly and effectively. She’s knowledgeable and efficient, but definitely does not rush. I felt valued and cared for and am so thankful I found her!

From the moment I exited the elevator into the office I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Checking in was easy and efficient. I was shocked at how quickly I was called…I was still filling out the questionnaire, so it was only about a 2 minute wait. Dr Hoffman’s nurse was professional but friendly and put me at ease right away. As for Dr. Hoffman…I’ve never had a doctor who took the time to listen with such care, nor explain her actions and procedures as thoroughly and effectively as she does! I have just moved to the area and had a [ ]. Dr. Hoffman’s exam was so thorough that she found a [ ] also that my other doctor had missed. I am so very thankful I found her and am totally confident that I’m getting exceptional care.

Hoffman explains everything well. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will ask a specialist and get back to me the same day. She’s very soft spoken and takes her time answering your questions. I never feel rushed.

Dr. Hoffman was so caring and compassionate and gentle and explained everything as she was doing it. I had to have a procedure and was nervous and she was fast and efficient and gentle and explained what she was doing the whole time.
