Dr Hill was a great communicator and listener. Cynthia was so warm and wonderful at the front desk. Dr Hill called me on Saturday following my Friday lab draw to review my labs with me and to discuss next steps. I feel like he is knowledgeable, kind and caring. I'm grateful to be able to access care like that at the urgent care!

I was taken care of, unlike the Urgent Care in Dayton. I appreciate this Urgent Care being close to work. The people that took care of me, from the front desk to the provider were attentive and kind.

I love how the front desk acknowledged me right away. They were kind, compassionate smiled and had a little bit of laughter which it made me feel. Did they love their job. The reception area was clean and immaculate. The two girls are there that day again were kind not to me, but to one another, and there was no drama I could tell they really liked their jobs. Well done.

I was miserable and having difficulties sleeping. Head was hurting and my sinuses were killing me running down my throat. And I was coughing up a storm so my chest hurts. I was seen right after I walked in and was out in twenty minutes. Staff were great and friendly. I have been on my medication for a few days and I am feeling better now last night I slept six hours straight and feel better. Thanks . As a side note I will miss going to Renown unfortunately we have to change insurance and you are not on there list . Been coming to this hospital for over fifty years.

The staff was very nice I went to Fernley first and was told that there were 17 people ahead of me so there would be quite a wait and recommended the USA Park Way clinic and that they only had 2 people waiting so I went there you have a gem of a clinic that few people are aware of I will use them again Thanks for your service ❤️

So the physician that took care of me while I was right there is a young man. He's very professional. He also took care of my kid while I was at the hospital with him a while back. So he's just all around just five stars, man. Like he did such an amazing job. Asked me if I felt comfortable, you know, do I need to, do I want to do an x-ray? And he actually did it. So I felt more at ease, you know, so. The physician was nothing but amazing.

I was a little confused about why there wasn't some sort of Band-Aid to be put on my bug bites where the skin was open so I could wear my sandals again. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be covered up I'm not quite certain

Urgent Care on USA parkway is one of the best medical urgent cares I've ever been to I love all the staff everybody is very kind and nice and they really care about you I will continue going to that urgent care and hopefully get a primary care physician over there thank you Renown forgive me the best healthcare thank you

The clinic at TRI is really nice and the staff are very knowledgeable. I get in quickly and they deliver great service every time I come to visit. I live in Fernley and do not get the same service as I do from the clinic at TRI . And I prefer to go there then the Fernley clinic.

My actual appointment with the clinician was a10 out of 10 my wait time was an hour after my appointment time was this is the only reason for giving a little bit of a lower score at beginning of survey . The provider that I saw was quick efficient and exceptional she was kind and listened to my concerns. Besides the wait time this appointment was one of more bettter appointments with Urgent Care co pared to the Urgent Care in Fernley .
