Would have been nice to have the x-ray machine on site but, can’t have everything.

I’m from out of state and they not only saw me in a timely manner but were very attentive and helpful in finding the closest pharmacy.

Doc was pleasant, informative and caring. It was a very pleasant surprise. I also didn’t feel like I was being rushed out. I am so happy you opened an urgent care close to my home.

Very good experience. Tho attending physician listened to my issues and discuss them thoroughly with me. Was very nice , very conversant and took time with me to understand how I was feeling and what I was concerned about he did not rush. I was very happy with the experience.

Totally satisfied with care. Was given the appropriate treatment! Symptoms improved and I was completely “back to feeling myself” and feeling normal within 5 days! Thank you and much appreciated!!!

I needed urgent care for my eye irritation and upper respiratory infection; I made an appointment at the new Renown Urgent Care. The facility was very nice and the staff took immediate care of me. the staff were very professional, polite and thorough in my assessment and immediately got a prescription to my pharmacy.. I love the care we get from Renown Health..

I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours after that time. Nobody told me they were short staffed, which was frustrating.

Greg Burnett was right on with diagnosis, practical and cautious treatment protocol and a sense of humor. I’ve gone to other Renown facilities and experienced sub par care. Greg is a consummate professional and caring provider. Highly recommend!

I was in the ER so I’m not gonna recommend anybody to the ER but the doctor I had was the best I ever had more doctors in the ER. Need to know what’s going on with her patients. He read everything.

New location is only about 1 mile away from my home. Parking is in front with easy access. Office staff n Dr were outstanding. Have recommended new urgent care to my neighbors n friends.

I know that there was only one provider and one assistant ehen I arrived for my appointment. They each were fantastic and timely. Even though they were scrambling for time, they took their time and made me feel heard and cared for. Best experience ever. Good work to both of them!!

Intake Rep, MA (?), and Provider were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I wasn’t feeling well and they had me in and out in a very reasonable timeframe, all the while being thorough about what my symptoms were and making me feel listened to and understood. Thank you !!

It took me getting cancer to realize how impeccable Renown is. Renown just seems to get better and better in Reno. I’m very fortunate to live close by to Renown’s ER off South Meadows.

I live in Dayton and there are numerous urgent cares between my house and your location (including a terrible urgent care in Dayton!) but I will probably make the hour drive to your facility again.

The APN, Felicia, is the best provider I have ever had at Renown. She was very kind and thorough in her examination. She explained everything that she was doing and the steps of her thought process on all of her advice. Even though I know she was working on other patients simultaneously when she was in the room with me it was clear that I was her primary and only concern and I had 100% of her focus. She is the epitome of what it means to be a provider with excellent bedside manner and a lot of other providers at Renown could learn from her.

The receptionist was friendly, empathetic and respectful. The doctor was kind, charismatic, professional and very helpful! Dr. C treated me for my sinus infection!
